By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms of service.

Note that your are ordering a digital product and, as such, no physical product will be shipped to your address.

The prices listed in the Commission information page apply for personal use only. If you wish to commission an artwork for commercial purposes, please let me know so we can discuss the new rates.

If your commission is for commercial purposes, you must own the intellectual property of the subject you want me to draw. I will refuse your order otherwise.

I may post the commissioned work on my social media with proper credit, unless the client specifically asks me not to.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason I deem suitable.

Contact me at lyhdie.contact @ gmail.com (without the spaces) with the following information: the type of commission, a description of the character(s), any information that would help me grasp their personality as well as any visual reference. Feel free to give additional information like the poses or environments you had in mind.

If you plan on printing the artwork, tell me so I can size the file accordingly to your chosen format.

I will ask for your legal name and address. These will be used strictly for invoicing purposes and will not be shared in any way, shape or form.

Orders below 50€ are to be paid upfront. If your order is of 50€ or above, you have the option to pay 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after the sketch validation. I will not start working until the first payment has been received, and will deliver the finished product once the total sum has been collected.

Payment methods accepted: Paypal and Stripe.

I will send you a sketch for approval. Make sure to request changes during this step, as edits will be harder to perform on more advanced stages and may incur additional fees.

You will receive at least one WIP during the colouring stage, in case a colour correction is needed. I will keep you updated on significant progresses.

You will receive the full resolution artwork, without Nightshade or Glazed artifacts, along with the PSD when applicable.

I retain all rights on the work provided under copyright laws, as its creator.

You, the client, are not granted reproduction rights unless agreed upon. Should you want to acquire the commercial rights to my work, you must mention it at the beginning of the commission process.

Likewise, all rights you might have on the subject depicted in the commissioned artwork remain yours.

You will receive a full refund if you ask for a cancellation before I started working on your commission.

If I already started working on your commission, the amount refunded will depend on the amount of work already done.

No refund will be offered if the artwork is close to completion.

You will receive a full resolution PNG of the artwork's current state.
