By commissioning me, you aknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason I deem suitable.

Unless stated otherwise, the prices displayed apply to personal use only. If you intend to make a commercial use of the commissioned work, please let me know so we can discuss the new rates.

I may post the commissioned work on my social media as a part of my portfolio, with proper credits, unless asked otherwise by the client.

By commissioning me, you are ordering a digital good and as such, no physical product shall be shipped to you.

You can contact me through my discord (@lyhdie) or Twitter DMs. Once you've chosen a platform, please keep all the commission-related interactions at the same place.

Please include references.

The payment will be made through Paypal. You can chose to pay 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch validation, or everything upfront.

Please note that I won't start working until I've received the first payment, and will deliver the finished product once the total sum has been collected.

I will send you a sketch for approval. Changes must be made during this stage, as they may incur additional fees if made later on when the piece is more advanced.

You will receive at least one other WIP at the beginning of the colouring stage, in case a color correction is needed. I will keep you updated on significant progresses.

During the colouring stage, you can ask for one minor change. More modifications will entail a fee.

You must own the characters you're commissioning me to draw, or have the owner's consent.

You will receive a total refund if you cancel before I start working on your commission.

Once I've started working on the sketch, the 50% deposit won't be refundable.

The amount of the refund will depend on the amount of work done on the piece so far.

You will receive the full res png of the commission's current state.
